The last World Cup round is a week away, so this weekend, I thought it would be neat to post up the extras from the past two round that didn’t make the final cut for official Descent World coverage. Hope you enjoy!

Even going so far as to pedal in the air…worked for ET…

BENOIT COULANGES!
Where’s Nathan?
The Junior Men are wild – Max hanging it all out!
Hart was looking good all over the course.
That’s focus if I’ve ever seen it, and Blenki was on a mission.
She took her time, and eventually made her way to the roll in to get back into the melee.
She hung out for a bit, clearly getting set up mentally…
Manon rolled up to the start hut a bit muddy…
Norwegian National Champion, Isak Leivsson is a biiiig dude and damn quick.
Neko was a blur all weekend.
This kids is on fire right now. Loris Vergier!
Too. Much. Power. Gwin apparently hates drive trains, and has a bit of an equipment malfunction; DNF, in Qualifiers, but protected, though 7th in Finals wasn’t what he was after.
Fast is good. Troy was low and not slow .
Low and fast was all Blenkinsop was after here.
Getting ‘er sideays is what Bernard does best – just a cheeky turn-bar here though.
Kenta, giving the stepdown a little style.
COULANGESSSSSS!!!!!
He rode this out, just like so many other wild moments…Phil is a wild man.
I don’t need an excuse to run a photo of Eddie – he is always doing something funny or cool.
Not an ideal day for the Frenchman, as Loic found himself sliding backwards in the mud, right into 16th, but he managed seconds in Finals!
It’s definitely dark in this section, but perhaps a took some creative licensing with this shot of Troy…
Casey Jane, dropping in!
Morgane, getting into it.
We were all commenting on how Mark seemed to have found another gear on track, and a 9th in TT is putting some numbers out there for proof. 6th in Finals!
Who doesn’t love a good huck? Rupert knows all about it.
Remi ended up out of the race with an aggressive ankle sprain.
BENOOOIIIITTTT!!!!
Looking to remind people that he’s won an Elite race, as well as a Junior Worlds Gold (at MSA), Brosnan wasn’t messing about and got third in the Finals at MSA.
Miranda Miller has been struggling for consitancy, but she may have found it just in time for her “home crowd” here in Canda with a 5th in Finals!
Fraz, all smiles.
Eddie gives the rock drop a little push out for good measure.
Tinder, Instagram, Facebook, or time check? You decide.
No one likes waiting…
People were getting a little loose in the high speed stuff.
The sounds the bikes were making in this section of track was really neat.
Ratboy, giving the corner a boost.
Doing his best to shake the #freeracer tag he’s been given, Brendan has keep the style but turned up the speed and put on a clinic all day today. 6th in TT, we’re sure to see more out of him this weekend.
The beginnings of a masterpiece…or a dick.
There is a new jump with some excellent whip potential; Remi thinks about how much steez he’s going to let of out the bag on this one.
